Had the BEST customer service here from the guy with the overwatch hat. Also was able to actually find what I had been looking for for two days. 4 shops didn't have anything I needed, but this one shop had it all. Can't recommend enough to those who vibe with the smoke.

Excellent customer service. Huge selection and will beat any local prices. If they don't have it, they will order it and call you. They also have 3 stores and the manager will drive to get stuff on the fly for you. I love their raffles and rewards for loyal customers.

I come here because of Chad, I used to go to the 29 Rd location before this. Chad is super knowledgeable and I've never been disappointed by any of his recommendations. I've met the owner a couple of times too and they're pretty rad too. Definitely my favorite smoke shop
