Smokey monkey has great prices, awesome staff and an incredible selection of smoking related everything. I came in not exactly sure what I wanted kind of browsing and especially curious about a pen. Several employees chatted with me and shared good advice about just what I needed. If you're looking for a great selection of glass and tobacco related smoking products head to Smokey Monkey! 🐒

They have a fantastic selection of quality glass, incense, blunt wraps and rolling papers. By far my favorite smoke shop in town, the employees are always very nice and willing to help you find whatever you might be looking for! I've been a fan for a couple of years now and that doesn't seem like it will change any time soon.

Awful customer service experience. The man who "helped" us was condescending and didn't seem to know what he was talking about. I've never had someone make buying a down stem so complicated... He recommended an odd and uncommon size despite my knowing and voicing that I needed a 14 mm. Confusing and simply incorrect on his part. The experience was unprofessional and ultimately we went to a more trusted shop. Unfortunately I'm disappointed that I tried to take my business somewhere new.
