Best glass selection in downtown Denver! And fantastic quality. They also have lots of vaporizers, bongs, vape pens, rolling papers, accessories, merchandise, and more. If you are a medical patient, they also give you a discount. The staff there is always friendly and super knowledgeable about the different products and explaining how to use them. I highly recommend this shop, especially if you are visiting Denver and want to get as much of your 420 shopping done in one spot as possible. The convenience of being next door to a dispensary selling the product you plan to put into your smoking device is a nice perk too.

Bought a Diamond Glass piece for $300 from this place and brought it home. 2 Days later from very light and casual use, the item broke near the top neck of the piece from a cheaply constructed glass joining segment. The piece suffered no additional damage since it was basically sitting on top of a table while it broke in two from being lifted up normally as it should be able to endure. Although I didn't expect to be refunded for the purchase, I was hoping to be able to get some contact information to a local glassworker they trusted to simply fix the piece. At the very least, it would have been nice to have contact information for their Diamond Glass vendor. Not only did I learn, they don't store any information about their glass vendors, but that they refuse to refer any work to even some of their local artists who would be capable of making the simple repair. Having been a customer of the establishment and spent 300, the woman working there said I couldn't even use their bathroom and made me walk all the way down the street to another place. She made excuses about the quality of glass being from China. When I looked the company up it said it was Californian, which she then added that the California company Diamond Glass gets their compenents from China. Regardless, they were not able to ensure the quality of any of their pieces and are ignorant of industry practices. I will never be going to this location again. If you want a better experience try any other glass shop that has knowledge of their industry ecosystem.

I love this place so much, I always go here to buy buy shisha and coals, the staff here is so nice and they are really relaxed. They help out with whatever you need and they have a lot of patience. I would definitely recommend this to a lot of people that go to head shops
