Girl was very rude until she realized my sisters weren't just inquiring. Their two purchases combined were almost $350.00. The girl quoted and wrote down prices next to product on a piece of paper, added and charged the two cards. It was closing time so we were rushed out. When we reviewed receipts, we discovered that they were charged more than the quoted prices. Returned the next day and explained error in addition to producing the written proof . Was very smugly informed that we were incorrect and that all charges would remain as is. Again, one of my sisters asked if the associate could just glance over the invoice that was written by her the previous day. She stood up from a stool, walked passed us and replied "No. It won't be changed." NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RETURN THERE . We were there from California visiting our sister for 2 days. This was our first encounter/interaction with any store or person in Colorado and it was THE WORST retail/customer service I've ever experienced...in any state. I have worked as a Chevron Corporate retail manager and as a secret shopper for over 20 years and have traveled many states for my job. I can safely say that my worst encounter (prior to this one) now seems extremely pleasant.

This business owner tells people that vaping is better than cigarettes. There is no medical studies that confirm that statement. It could even be worse than cigarettes. Trading cigarettes for vaping is just trading one bad habit for another. Just quit smoking. There are lots of places that will help you kick the habit. The owner only has a GED and he cheats people anyways so stay away from this place. He even tries to money from retire people

I love this place, and not just because it is owned and operated by a veteran. All employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and they make great recommendations. Also, my dog thinks they give the best pets and belly rubs.

Went in yesturday to get a vape setup. I was shown some amazing items and although i had a budget i got a great deal on a full set up and juice! Thank you so much i LOVE IT and your fruit frenzy juice is delicious! You got my business for sure! Plan to be back for more amazing juice and service! Extremely friendly no pressure enviorment and very patient knowledgable staff! Thanks again!

This shop has a great vibe to it! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and community oriented. There is a lounge with tv and activities throughout the year, like cookouts, etc. I highly recommend this vape shop!
