Called ahead of time to see if they had the product I wanted and the guy that was working, which I hope he's not the owner (Big dude) said they did, so I headed over. As I walked in he was helping a customer so I was patiently waiting. Another customer comes in... He's still talking to that same customer. ANOTHER customer comes in, STILL talking to that same guy and not acknowledging any of us. The key thing here is the customer had already picked out what he wanted. At this point I was waiting for about ten minutes. I waited another minute or so until I couldn't take it anymore, it was getting to the point where it was getting awkward, I felt like an idiot standing there waiting. I Almost never write a bad review unless its deserved. Will never be coming here.

This place is a great local smoke and accessories shop. Sure they are a bit under staffed but coming from a business owner's perspective I can understand that. I say this because of an earlier reviewer's comments. Christopher P's review. He gave this place a one star because he had to wait to be helped. Come on dude. No need to negatively effect someone's lively hood 'cause you had to wait a bit to be help in a tiny locally owned smoke shop. Fu (the owner) is an awesome dude and, if you come in enough, will hook you up will deals. In addition, Chris P. noted that he rarely gives bad reviews when, in fact, that is all he has done on google. Nice job bro.

Fo you are AMAZING!!!!!!, he helped me through some stuff.. And he is so helpful and goes out his way for his customers!. And he rocks!!!! Best place hands down. Awesome customer service!!!! He truly cares about his customers!!!! Thanks so much ! And his knowledge is just as amazing ! I wont shop anywhere else!

Overpriced and never opens at the times specified online or listed on the front door. Not to mention some of the counter help seems like your bothering them when you ask a simple question about an item in the display cases..this place used to be 5 stars all day long
