Very frustrated with this place right now. After being sold a vape battery by someone very high, it doesn’t work. I’ve been in three times now looking for the manager after 4pm (which is the time I’m told to come every time), so I have a refund, no one at the store can do exchanges or returns.

As a paying customer and spending alot of money in here you would expect to be treated to good customer service but this owner is a rude uncaring individual that offers no help at all also very over priced I would suggest taking your money elsewhere

Went in for a pen for my THC cartridge and the gentleman working behind the counter didn't try to upsell me at all. Gave me the prices and which he felt was the most reliable. He checked my i.d and the transaction was super fast, maybe 3 minutes total before I was on my way.
