This is by far the best smoke shop in town. Not only is the store spacious but also well lit and clean. The employees at this store have always made me feel comfortable and have been very helpful every time I had questions. Keep up the good work guys.

Wow! This place is huge!!! The owner gives you his direct attention and makes you feel like the most important person ever and he's very knowledgeable about the products he sells. I came in and vaguely explained what I needed and I had the right battery in my hand in less than a minute. I wandered and ended up making a second purchase and he explained everything before I could even ask. Prices seemed to be very good from my experience in other states. I'm very happy I picked this off the list of shops in the area. I couldn't be happier!

I’ve had four piercings done here, including nipples. The guys are really friendly and the experience is always positive. Abe is the best!! Also some amazing pieces and a large assortment of glass.

Amazing selection for smoking pieces, but the prices are super high in my opinion. This place makes sense for someone looking for a unique piece of glassware and are willing to fork over a chunk of change, but otherwise I'd hit up the shop right around the corner for the everyday stuff. I didn't have much interaction with the staff here to make a meaningful comment about that aspect.

Guy sold me a "pipe" that had a built in lighter. Pipe part doesn't work at all. When I asked him if it worked well as a pipe he told me he uses it "all the time at home". That was clearly a lie. Will not be back and buyer beware. The guy's crooked and will probably say anything to make a sale.

Would it hurt to smile? Be friendly? Almost every time I've come here thinking maybe it's just me but nope. Plus side the place is pretty clean and they do have nice things just not worth going in if you have questions about items.

This place is always awesome!! I live in Napa and come here for whatever I need. If they don't have what you need they will get it! The service is always AMAZING! If you are not already coming here then you should!!
