They're customer service is what got me. Most other shop's I visited they dont respond or try to sell me something else after they wasted my time. Smoke spot always kept in contact with me through emails and once you walk in the shop they still kept that level of professionalism, not to mention that have an great selection of glassware.

Overpriced shop. $18.00 for a battery that shorted itself after the first few uses. They don't care about what happens after the sale, buyers beware.

Went in their bargin bin... Sold me a homemade juice and a 2 year expired that had the expiration suspicious rubbed off partially... Ur gonna scope me out to make sure I don't jack anything that shouldn't be sold in the first place... In addition bought a nic Salt that was 50 but labeled 25... This isn't poor business practice, this is illegal!

This store actually looks really classy. They have a good selection of hookahs and a ton of bongs related glass. There prices for hookah tobacco were really good. Vegas prices almost. Wish they had more popular flavors from tangiers but I was surprised to see tangiers there in the first place.
