I called to ask if I could buy pipe tobacco here and the guy on the phone said "no, but you can get a ham pipe," laughing uncontrollably. Very unprofessional. It'd be one thing to joke around if we had a rapport going, but just to say that out of nowhere was just offensive and distasteful.

Fuju is Super knowalagable and helpful. And the rest of the staff is really cool too. I'd totally recommend wild side to anyone looking for good quality glass in the area!

Complete ineptness on the part of the sales team, don't know their products or sizing or anything, but yet will tell you "I'm not sure if we have that, just come in and take a look". Doesn't understand difference between length and diameter. Go anywhere else and not here for your needs.
