I Purchased a piece that leaks from the bottom and I when I went back into the store to exchange it I was greeted by Ariel..... I guess I could start by saying that she's young and possibly inexperienced in the land of customer service because in the land of customer service the worst thing you could do is make the customer feel inferior or not wanted or you could stoop so low as to even call them a liar. She was combative and told me point blank that she would do nothing she would not exchange the piece I purchased for one that doesn't leak and I was stuck with it. I shop here because it's close to home I've been shopping here for the past six years because it's close to my house but now I'm going to go out of my way to go to the competitor down the road. Because I simply cannot justify spending another dime at an establishment that treats their customers so badly. Thanks I'll be pass.

Bob and the crew are very helpful in getting you what you’re after. Years of experience brings in many shapes, sizes, colors of one off pipes and supplies for your smoking needs. Definitely a one stop shop. I will be back soon.
