First Glass SCAMMED us. We had called and left a message a week ago to get quotes. Never heard anything back. So we were in the works of hiring an independent contractor that we searched from TaskRabbit. This number calls asking about mirrors, (unknown to us, we find out later to be First Glass after doing a search on the number) and would not appropriately identify themselves. We asked if they were from task rabbit and they wouldn't give us an answer. So we made the mistake of throwing out our independent contractor and First Glass tries to impost our independent contractor. First Glass was pushy in asking us for credit card info without providing appropriate details to our questions. They told us they were rescheduling, thinking that it was our independent contractor. Turns out our independent contractor tried to show up at our place, but we weren't there because First Glass led us to believe our contractor would come another week. So because of First Glass' unlawful and fraudulent behavior, we lost out on a great independent contractor. I would not recommend going with this company.

Steve came out and measured the broken window and cut the new piece of glass at his shop immediately! Very helpful and friendly we highly recommend!
