One great aspect or reason as to why I enjoy using the Shack as my go-to place for anything tobacco related is mainly due to their customer service. Ever since my first stop a few months back, the customer service has been nothing but stellar. I usually always have Fox handle my transactions or inquires since he's always up to date with whats new and improved. Always gives out handy advice or ways to better my tobacco experience. Definitely wouldn't be a chill shack without that kind of service. I WILL continue buying my supplies and supporting the local business. 10/10 guys!

The Smoke Shack is an amazing gem in San Marcos, this might not be the biggest store but it’s filled to the brim with so many items. I love coming in and going to the shelf of locally blown glass, always changing so gotta grab it before it’s gone!!
