Uptown Smoke Shop on 550 University Ave

This place has been around for years and some of the same guys are still here. 10 years ago you used to be able to walk in here and ask for oil burners which they sold under the table and occasionally they'd even hook you up with an IOU or buy something of value that might be brought in like electronics or jewelry. These days I was told they don't look at items brought in anymore because I tried to sell him a MontBlanc pen. And as far as pipes I'm not sure. Also recently discovered that the 7Eleven a couple blocks over sells Camel Lights for about a dollar cheaper than this place.
