Always great customer service and tons of product knowledge, they have new items all the time and show you the best products to fit your needs. I go basically once a week it's a one stop shop with everything.

I bought some goodtime wraps that were stale, dry and crumbling in the packaging and they didn't want to exchange them. Any other smoke shop that I have been to has no problem exchanging bad product for fresh product. Will be looking for fresh product elsewhere.
