Bio hazard = aptly named, they are a hazard. I was buying supplies here and they were fine but when I stated to try to get my printing done they totally messed up my job. They messed up the legal disclaimers and printed the labels without my sign off. I had my product subsequently rejected from dispensaries. When I called to talk to someone no one would take my calls. I was told Keith would call me back. I called every day for weeks and I never got a call back from him. What a COWARD. Horrible customer service. These people do not care about the marijuana industry, they have NO HONOR, they just want to line their pockets off the hard work the rest of us have done to make this a real industry.

This place looks great. And has great merch but buyer beware. They switch prices and overcharge you. One item I purchased had a 200% markup. Obviously they took advantage of us placing a big order and slipped in office changes at the last minute. You shouldn't have to watch closely to make sure you aren't being ripped off.

This place does not practice good business. They wanted to charge me $25 extra to add a unit # to my delivery address. If there would have been a place to put the unit # when I ordered it would have been done.

Most of these reviews are fake so I will write you a legit review as the purchase manager for our smokeshop. We have invested over 20 thousand in wholesale product from bio. I have always been frustrated with receiving my invoices and shipping information. You will be overcharged for shipping. I mean largely overcharged as in my lady 800$ order required me to pay 160$ shipping.. they totally changed the cost of product. You have no support other than a generic 1800 number support. Nobody is in charge of your stores account or provides you with any information. Orders ship 3-5 days after purchase sometimes later. BEWARE OF BACKORDER! they will not let you know of back ordered items that did not ship and will not ship until you bring to the supports attention. Recently I decided to contact them to get the issue finally worked out with these back ordered items and invoices/shipping info and was only treated with the standard automated treatment. My last order was last week and I highly suggest any other retail stores to stay away. THERE ARE WAY BETTER COMPANIES.
