The employees here dont know anything about whats in there store. I went in to buy a new downstem and they had a nice selection. I asked for a 18mm downstem and he handed me a few options. He assured me they were all 18mm. When I got home the downstem was not 18mm, too long for my piece and the bowl piece didnt even fit. I made sure to ask several times if it was the right size and the dude acted like I was an idiot for not knowing. I would avoid this place at all costs, there are much better smoke shops literally right down the street with knowledge staff and better prices. Plus the employees are insanely rude and condescending. I wish I could give this lame excuse for a smoke shop negative stars.

Come here all the time. Hey have the best glass in stock for the best price. It’s always open and Eri is the best :)

I usually really like this place. But today i a small pipe. I get home and tale it out of the bag to find it was cracked. Thats what i get for not fully examining it myself i guess..i should have known better
