Bought a torch from them, the torch works for about 2 minutes after refilling. Went to the store to ask if maybe I was doing something wrong when refilling and was told to bring it back. Brought it back and was them told all sales are final. Plenty of other local friendly and reputable shops to buy from. Don’t waste your time

Not neighborly. I was surprised when I asked if there weren't another smoke shop two blocks down when this didn't have incense. Claimed no knowledge of the other store. I walked to it, wondering if I'd been mistaken. I found the best incense there, the store a bit south of this one, and go there regularly instead.

Nice selection. Fair prices. Parking can be tough here as the lot is small and shared with other shops.

Bought a torch from them a week ago and the torch doesn't work and the girl in the front called the manager and the manager told us we had to call the manufacturer to get an exchange. I was going to purchase several things today but after response from management I will no longer return to this place. It's only been a week and they can't exchange! I understand if it was over 30 days.
