Owner and one gir in there l Our cool and know there stuff but the other employees come off as jaded and unhummble because of their false information about the stock they sell it comes off very abrasive. Dont get me wrong the owner and one or two ladies and a man save the day on the customer service Level as far as the store lay out goes. For a start up buisness they did a great job with a walk around vape bar and all of your smoke accessories around the perimeter along with a established glass case for concentrates. It's a great physical environment just wish it was a warmer human experience. Sometimes u want to spend money but u dont know what u want. It's ok to not harass the customer if he is still looking. I will let u know as to not waste your time when I'm ready. Its irritating having someone making u feel rushed when u have a question about a product and they dont know or lie to hide the ignorance. Doesn't matter but do your homework about the product your buying first and it's a great place to shop.

Really good customer service! Everyone who's helped before in that store has been super nice. Also very attentive to their customers and willing to help if they can. As well as always having what I need when I go there...Unlike my experiences with with the two shops downtown SB. 😒😒😮😮😯😯😔😔

Love the variety here and all the employees seem to know their stuff. Definitely recommend to any who vapes or partakes in green.

I need to get a new wax pen, and because I was downtown I dropped into different vape stores to get a replacement one of them sold the wax pen that I remembered getting at Hollister smoke and Goleta for $25 for $45 in the other had it for $53! I thought maybe since it has been a year since I bought at the prices gone up and I remembered it wrong but when I went out to Hollister smoke and Goleta the price was still $25. This is Far and Away the best vape store and smoking accessories store in town and their prices are about half of what the shops downtown run

By far the best vape/smoke shop in the USA. Great prices, awesome stuff, and each experience at the shop is memberable. Highly recommend you check it out.
