Arrived at 10: 25 am to find shop locked no one there. Have to find new supplier can't count on them to be open as advertised

Small store. Usually one employee working. Very helpful and friendly staff the few times I have been here. No refunds or exchanges. Also, their signage needs some work. The store name is in the corner and the rest of the sign says "SMOKE SHOP". Couldn't tell if I was at the right place until I got in the parking lot
