My apologies to this store. I have not shopped here and therefore have no opinion on their customer service. My original negative post was for the Up In Smoke store on El Toro Rd. in Lake Forest. Don't shop there!

Best shop for anything your looking for in this smoking world. Never a negative comment I can even think of with the kind of service from anyone you'll find working here. You will not find better prices or a more honest staff. I will drive past 5 to 10 shops in respect to the service and prices I've gotten again and again now at this Up in Smoke.
