Bought a torch here, didn't refill at all I could barley use it. Called asking if they do returns and the guy pretended like he didnt speak enlgish and wouldnt talk to me. Went in the next day and asked to exchange or return it because it doesnt fill up at all. I used tried multiple times and barley got anything. Guy just walked away and said no. Wouldnt talk, wouldnt work with me nothing. This shop is a scam and hack. Dont waste your money here better off with a gas station torch honestly.

This place does not know what they are talking about. I bought a bong from the owners wife and had asked if it the bong could be used for herb since I saw a wax bowl on it, she swapped it out and assured me it would be fine. After 1 use of the bong, the 2nd time I went back all of the percolators within the bong had clogged up from the herb! I cleaned this bong thoroughly and took it back, only to get a run around from the wife who tried to tell me she wasn’t the owner and couldn’t do anything for me (which I knew was some massive BS seeing as her husband owns the place, at least that’s what they said originally) After pressing her she told me he would be back later, so I returned and tried to tell the owner that his wife sold me a bong that was the complete opposite of what I specifically asked for and all that was needed was for him to swap it out for a herb bong that I originally asked for. The dude wouldn’t do it , just went off on how it’s not even possible. Definitely don’t recommend this place.... I HATE writing bad reviews about other businesses being a small business owner myself, but this was ridiculous. I knew what I needed going in and was sold some bogus product. Now I’m the one in the hole. I will be bringing my business to a more knowledgeable shop next time and will recommend the same!
