I went in looking for batteries and some replacement coils. The coils were no problem. They had them in stock and at a decent retail price. The batteries though, that's where customer service took over and won me over with this shop. The lady (I totally forgot her name but she was awesome) asked me a ton of questions to figure out which one was best for me. I even spent a couple of bucks more than I planned, but it was worth it! Definitely going back.

They have a pretty cool points system which lets you earn discounts towards products, they have an honest return policy (which is hard to find at a smoke shop in the bay area) and the prices are very modest.

Support your local businesses! I kid you not, this staff is awesome and their customer service is through the roof. If they don't have what you need, they'll make suggestions or tell you where you can get it. It really doesn't feel like your spending your money at this place because they give off this friendly family like vibe and they always have deals. They also accept 5 Stars! (Even more discounts!) Very knowledgeable staff, make sure you give them a visit if you're looking for anything vape, smoke, incense, or 420 like related products. You'll be glad you stopped by and discovered this gem!
