Really happy with the legal cannabis I was able to purchase from the 420 Hemp Shop! The service was exceptional, fast and friendly. I was also really surprised to see just how many cannabis accessories and actual legal cannabis that they have in stock! The best cannabis and cannabis accessories store on the Sunshine Coast!

Really poor customer service experience. I was very clear in what I was looking for and had to clarify a number of times. Suggest to retrain staff on quality of customer service.

I had purchased a lighter which was was faulty after a week of use. Brought it back to the store to either exchange it or get a refund but instead was told "Well, it's a cheap lighter." Well, then don't sell it. Don't waste your money on overpriced gear that breaks down.
