No social distancing. Building had a bunch of people in it and nobody was wearing masks and there was no way to social distance, staff wasn’t wearing gloves and wasn’t using hand sanitizer! morning staff was very rude, gave an off vibe, and not just a “I’m having a bad day” attitude. Would rather go to Vancouver or Abbotsford then support this.

Been in a few times. Unfortunately the employees aren't very knowledgeable and made my wife feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that she left. The products are also at a 3x mark up on almost everything in the store! I've been a part of many TABOO shows and can confirm that you can buy the EXACT same products from many other places for half the price.

Clean, organized, and knowledgeable. I love the friendly service! Prices or competitive which is so nice to see. Would definitely recommend this place! I had to read reviews to see why their stars aren't higher, and honestly its clearly just negative customers not understanding how a store works lol they deserve more stars.

We go to pull in and the workers are standing outside smoking go inside and didnt even wash there hands which i found disgusting. Then they ID me for my first time ever and dont allow us to go in. Ive never once been ID to go into this store in the past 6 years ive been going there. Didnt know i had to wear makeup to be aloud to go into a sex store. But here we are, i will never be going back 👋
