I called them about a piece that they hadn't had on their site for months, but I really wanted it still. I called and they were able to find one left, and put it on the website just for me to order. Best customer service EVER. And they were super nice and tried really hard to find the piece, very friendly staff that gets 5 stars and deserves more.
