Great healthy in store desserts and treats some sweetened with maple syrup and natural fruits. The Owner and staff took the time to share current health events and as most health food stores do offer words of health promoting ideas. Beautiful traditional health food store. Bulk is back. Fresh produce and freshly pressed juices. Thanks from a solo traveler. PS Looking forward to my in store Quinoa salad. Cheers.

After 16 years Jen and Judy Jen the daughter Judy being the mother have a wonderful business that serves golden and the greater area. Very easy warm environment where there's always a joke told or a story shared. I almost forgot very up-to-date products and great clothing !
