Great prices, good conversation. Don't listen to Jade's review. Sign says all sales are final. That means, all sales are final. Nothing wrong with a kid hanging out with Grandma. It's not a smoke a shop so nothing to worry about. Look forward to going back again with my own kid 🙂

Came in and bought some glass, and the prices were great! But I was rang through at the till by a child, no older than 7 or 8, quite troubling. One of the glass pieces was loose and fell off and broke very easily, so I let them know and bought a new one with no issue. They kept insinuating that I am rough with my glass and I insisted that was not the case, but I wasn't asking for my money back, I willingly came in for a new one. They said they could take a look and if there really was defect, they would speak to the manufacturer. I also bought a torch the day before, and the flame was very small like it was running out of butane. I filled it, and the flame was still small like it was burning out. I asked them if I could look at one of the same torches to see what the flame looked like, and it was much larger than mine was. I asked if I could bring it in to show them that something is wrong with it, and they said they could do nothing with it, and rudely pointed at their no returns sign. I said "so i basically wasted my money?", the lady, who is the manager by the way, lost it and said "what the f**k is wrong with you?", started yelling at me, how she was doing me nothing but favors when really I just bought two defective pieces of equipment from her and got insulted in return. I was absolutely appalled, I didn't say another word and I walked out.

Asked if there were bongs under the 75$ range and was told to "go look for glass at the gas station." Will definitely be looking for glass elsewhere, probably not the gas station, but thank's for the tip anyways.
