I live out of town and placed an order for a local funeral. They wound being out of one of the flowers that is typically used in the design that I ordered. I appreciated the fact that they look the time to give me a call, let me know, and see if I wanted to make changes. I just told the lady to use whatever she thought would be pretty, but it was so nice of her to take the time to call and make sure. Great customer service here. I would absolutely use them again if I needed to sent flowers in the Marshall area!
