I am a new repeat customer. In bought a glass item for 12.99. Got home and took it out of the black bags and the bottom fell out. Guy that sold it to me was not there but manager was. He said it was not bought there. I'm new here and its the only place I know of. I found the identical one in a diff type of glass and he said no I never had that! Of course the only time the receipt was not in the bag! Won't be going back.
