Friendly staff and student discounts. The items run on the pricey side, and you have to look from under the shelving to browse through the prices of items by yourself. The setup encourages pulling each item out one by one, so it takes longer to peruse through all of the options if you're unsure or if your budget is the main factor in your choice over style. That said, the staff is helpful and nice, so I enjoy going there.
