Hello, I would like to say first off I’ve talked to a total of 3 employees and 2 of which were really helpful. They were respectful and willing to help. What really bothered me is that I called a minute ago and got a rude vibe from the employee. Maybe that’s his real voice and I’m over thinking it but I felt like asking questions annoyed the employee. What I’ve been thinking is that I could make a website for the company to show off what products you sell so the people like me for example, don’t have to worry about possible rude employees because I know how frustrating it can be to take a phone call about someone asking if you have this or that. If that’s something that interests you let me know and we can situate what you would like. Thank you.

This place has the best Customer service and friendly and knowledgeable staff I will not go to any other smokeshop in the valley these guys are leaps and downs I had of anyone else I recommend them to all my friends best shop in town..

Gravitate isn't the most friendly or cool smoke shop I've been to but they did have a fantastic selection! Prices are fair from what I've seen.
