After the sweet gal left a couple of weeks ago, customer service has gone down the tubes. When a customer is standing near the items of interest patiently waiting, and 2 new customers come in, the proper thing to do would have been to assist said patient customer. Instead she went about her business while never acknowledging me. You just lost a very loyal customer.

John was awesome, helpful as always. I've bought 2 h nails, 2 different yocan pens, and now my new water pipe from this guy. He's always been super friendly! Love this place.
