I visit this shop once or twice a week. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They finally gave me a store credit for the mod I bought but didn't use so at least I could use the money toward something I needed.. Thank you to the owner for stepping in and handling that situation, I really appreciate it. And will continue to shop here forever 😁

Well first time i was in here i got helped by a employee who really didnt know what she was talking about sold me a big ass pen with no battery. Left. Got home reported it to the same girl. Went back. Exchanged it for other things becuase she didnt know how to do a refund. I picked out multiple things got the total down to around 6$ she owed me. I said just put the rest down for store credit so next time i come in i can use it (its the only smoke shop near me) she writes my name on my original receipt and kept it. So fast forward a few weeks to today i go in thinking i have credit. They tell me they see no name or receipt and they call LEXI the manager. She says if its not there then we cant help? I describe the lady that helped me and both the employees say "oh yeah she was a liar and what she did is null and void" I will be calling lexi on monday too get this settled. Sad because the first few times in here they were so helpful and nice. Called that monday talked to lexi. She was nice. Told me too come in any time before 3 pm and she would take care of that problem. She gave me the refund and apologized. Thanks lexi

Sadly I had to update this to reflect the awful customer service I've had here recently. Bought a vapor tech slim that worked for about 5 minutes and the charger won't charge it. She had no interest it swapping it out or trying to fix the issue and pretty much told me it was my own problem to fix. Will no longer be returning or supporting this store.

I like the smoke shop. They are very helpful clerks and I became a member and save money. They seem to know everything about vaping products. They hooked me up with a really good starting kit. I got everything I need there. I give them five out of five stars
