Basically the employee told me most of their products are hit or miss and if you get a bad product then to bad you just have to buy another and hope its a good one.been going for a while i used to love their ooze battery.not anymore not a good place to do business had to find out the hard way!! No good no good at all i guess ill taje my business else where so sad i really did think that was a cool place till today😥

Love this shop. I'm in there at least once a week. Whether im there for my hookah or glassware I always know ill get friendly service and a quality product. My favorite part is they remember me and know my preferences which makes the shopping experince that much better.

Have been going here since I moved to AZ a year ago and I went to do my weekly run and it was the worst experience ever they where totally unprofessional and the worst part is it was the manager/owner? If you want better prices and better service go to smoke shop on Roosevelt and estralla parkway....

I can easily say that this place is my favorite smoke shop to go to, the selection is huge and there's something of every various method for making smoking pieces you could find here! The staff is knowledgeable friendly and nice, they have certain specials other places don't offer, and the things they have here you just don't find anywhere else! The only gripe I have is the vape section is small especially compared to other shops.

Went in since it was the closest to MVD and was pleasantly surprised. Holly was very knowledgeable about what I needed and had great customer service. This is now the smoke shop I will be driving to from now on. The price's are the best I've found for my needs. I'm so glad I stopped in and found this gem of a place! Thank you Holly.

I came into the smoke shop just wanna start off by saying bad service I didn't catch names but come on you guys could of been better service I bought a bong and was told there was a 10 percent discount on it and they couldn't figure out why it seemed fine no cracks so I went ahead and bought it. She offered to pour water into it to see if maybe there was a problem there and sure enough the bubbler did not work and then right away was told there was no refund. mind you I was in the store for about 30 mins just stuck on one bong and that's the one I decided to choose and it didn't work. She offered me another bong but I did not want no other bong. How is this even right? I did not walk out the store nor did she wrap it up yet. Seriously this is really bad service and definitely won't spend another dime here.
