Exceptional Customer Service! - Very reasonable and fair. I owe this place and it's owner-operator a gleaming review. About a year and half ago I purchased a product ($100+ dollar value) from Eddy's which had a limited (couple of days) warranty period (due to the nature of the product). After a week or so of utilization, the product was defective and inoperable. I brought it back to Eddy's where I conversed with the owner regarding the defective high dollar value product. The owner was very understanding and empathetic of my situation. We were able to come to a win-win solution; satisfying both my personal consumer needs and Eddy's business operations. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend Eddy's Smoke Shop to other consumers interested Eddy's product line. For a small business, niche market operation, the owner demonstrated world class customer service in dealing with me and I thank Eddy's for the experience. I hope all others entering this establishment experience the same.
