Honestly a while back i wouldn't have even took the time to give chads a review but the new management is wonderful, you get the sense that there might be a bright future for chads now that the employees are happy to be there

The first few times I shopped here I wasn't impressed with the customer service, I read the bad reviews and agreed with them at first. But I've noticed a huge change. Everyone is much friendlier and more helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and I love the selection of products offered. Will definitely continue to shop here.

Store seems to open whenever they feel like so posted hours are useless. Place price gouges like crazy probably because they have no competition. 1 bottle of orange chronic cleaner is $20 here when i can get it for $13 elsewhere.
