Staff very knowledgeable, stock very limited , parts for previous pens not available .items bought less than a year ago discontinued and can not be fixed . Seems all vape products are very very expensive and throw away. Products are flashy however the quality and warranty is disappointing. Thank you.

Incredibly friendly staff, reasonable prices for small town Alberta. Above all else the customer service at this location is impeccable. The staff are thoroughly versed in their own products and the safeties and precautions to be employed in their use. I was having a terrible day when I first stepped foot in the location and left relaxed and at ease. The people who work at this shop genuinely seem to care. Far better than a lot of the bigger vape stores in larger cities.
