Despite an angry outburst from me and a clear no refund/exchanges sign, Corey went above and beyond to help me return a G9 rosin press for a refund. I am a medical user and $800 is huge money for me. He could have just sent it in for warranty and got another, but I was adamant I did not believe in the product after it failed in the first 2 weeks. Definitely changed my mind, great pipe store with lots of crazy cool products and I'll be a customer for life from here on out!
