Amy, Cait, Bailey, and Shawn are the absolute most amazing people there!! This is the only shop I've ever been in, where I feel like I've walked into someone's home. They believe in helping you find your Ideal apparatuses. Whether you spend $1, $100, or $1000 you will always be in good hands at Shell Shock! The prices are comfortable and their products are unbelievably unique and functional. They won't sell you anything you won't use on a daily basis!! Been a customer since 2016 and will ONLY recommend you! Thanks for all your hard work guys!! It is definitely noticed, loved and appreciated!!

This store has everything you need, and the staff almost always extremely friendly and helpful. I spend much more time than a person should making decisions buying a $15 pipe, or asking about all the little nic-nacs they're selling. It doesn't seem to matter to them though as I keep getting that friendly and helpful service. They're the reason the store is so great. They only get 4/5 though because 1) their prices for most things are too high, and 2) they close too early for me.

Great location when out and about on whyte ave, there's a lack of parking, but the products and friendly staff will more than make up for that.

Amy, Cait, Bailey, and Shawn are the most friendly people you will ever meet. The selection is always great, they're sales are better than any black Friday or boxing day sale you could ever imagine. They are super knowledgeable on the products as well as the community and they have a piece for anything you could imagine. It's a one-stop-shop for all of your smoking needs!
