I went to this shop inquiring about a filter for my vintage devil pipe. The worker broke and literally cracked the pipe in half, less then two minutes of me being at this shop. Just received it from an antique store on E-Bay. I'm so disappointed... After going back they proceeded to give me a new one valued at $40. My tobacco pipe that was mishandled and consequently damaged beyond repair was valued at $190. A difference of roughly $150. Not to mention i had to go back THREE times in order to recieve a replacement. Keep in mind my demeanor during this entire situation was calm, collected, and respectful. On the contrary their attitude towards me was very rude and nihilistic.

Every time I shop there, best customer service experience I feel. Full of vapes and accessories, excellent knowledgeable friendly staff. Best price for vapes and tobacco. I went many vape shops , most of them is empty or very little products and poor customer service . If you need best price and best customer service go to signature.
