extremely nice staff at this store. but beware, the products are fake. i'm convinced. i am on now my 3rd bowl i bought, these things cost $30 each. the first time, i was told that it cracked because i tried to wash it with cold water while it was hot. fine, that's my mistake. i bought the 2nd one, this time i waited 8 hours before cleaning & it still cracked. 3rd piece now, and it cracked WHILE i was smoking it. this is unacceptable. i didn't even have it for up to 24 hours. that's over $90 on these bowls - at some point enough is enough. this is a $10 product that's being sold for $30. ripoff. you should start selling your glass bowls with some sort of warranty.

Hands down the best hookah store in town!!! I was driving around the entire city looking for a hookah and no store compares to this!!! so much variety and good quality stuff. the lady helping me was so sweet. 1000000/10 recommend

Came in the other day in hope of getting a new hookah, I was scared of spending alot of money so I was looking for something that doesn't smoke so harsh like the one my husband has, a very sweet gentleman helped me out by picking what I need and he recommended me the smokah hookah and let me tell you this.. OMG I love this thing, although it was out of budget but its definitely well worth every dollar, it's so cute and it smokes just like the guy promised and now my husband wants another one lol. We will come back for our smokah #2 and some coals. Thanks again young man really happy with the service, we will visit again soon.

The customer service representative "lady" behind the counter, made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her based on the unwelcoming comment, "why are you here?" and "don't touch anything" in the store, with negative body language on her face and tone of voice. When we look at the current state of the economy, we have a choice to shop locally or conveniently shopping online. I would rather support local businesses with my hard earned dollars. Cowboy Smoke Shop, this was an opportunity missed to maximize your sales, but someone's poor customer service/attitude was the differentiator in me wanting to get as far from your business representative as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.
