If you’re going to have a guy run your cigar shop pls have him know some kind of knowledge of cigars and who has good customer service. The guy who works on Sunday is awful so please get someone with Good customer service cause that goes a long way in this industry.

They don’t offer ziploc bags or a humidity packs. Been buying cigars for the most part of my adult life all locally, never have I had a worse customer experience.

Worst store ever. The employer doesn’t pay his employees on time or at all. He is abusive. I had the worst shopping experience, I went there and the owner was the rudest person ever and started screaming at me. Do not recommend at all.
