After years of doing business with these people I recently purchased a new gambler Tube Cut machine from them. It was defective out of the box. The manager stated she would exchange it for an identical machine, but upon telling her I would be coming to exchange it she changed her mind and stated she wouldn't exchange it. She states that the manufacturer won't reimburse her for a faulty product, however the manufacturer ( republic tobacco ) says otherwise. I have reported this to the better business bureau, and moving forward I will be shopping elsewhere.

Its so refreshing too go in a business and leave their with a smile om your face or laughing because of the stores employees !!!! cant say enough about the attitude and customer service of the employees here TOP NOTCH !!!!

I love getting my smokes here and have for quite a few year's. They take coupons and also mobile coupons as well. I LOVE the Manger Joan her coworker Misty. They are EXTREMELY friendly and courteous and go out of their way to help you find what you need!! I'm huge on customer service and a lot of times that will depend on if I will return to that business and spend my hard earned money. These two employees go beyond that. Extremely clean store as well.
