I usually have great service at this location, but whoever the woman working tonight is just made you lose two customers from being impossibly rude. Demanding I go stand somewhere in the store because I wasn't aware where the line was and then be completely rude and throw products around because I inconvinced you with a question is childish. I have supported this business many years, won't be back.

Accidently bought the wrong product. Went back an hour later and tried to exchange for something different and they refused. I could see if I had used the item but it was still brand-new and they still refused. Now I’m out almost $55. Will never shop there again.

This place is very convenient because it's not only a store for tobacco products; including a cigar shop inside of it, but it's also is a liquor store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. Their hours are great as well. I do recommend them & I will definitely be going back.

Mario, the assistant manager at this location and also the one on Ann Street has always been OUTSTANDING with customer service. He takes his time to show you the product you seek and makes sure that you are pleased. He is awesome!! Highly Recommend!!!!! Thank You Mario!!!!! You’re the best!!!!!!

Overpriced liquor, and if you buy the wrong thing you can't return for a full refund only get store credit. What the heck?!?
