Does not take returns even if product has not been opened. Bad customer service. Dont go here if you want a good recommendation. Sold me an Item that they had no experience with and when I wanted to return it they wouldn't. I do not recommend this Business at all..

Great store with a wide selection of tobacco products, water pipes, and accessories. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to go there and they've earned a new loyal customer. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family.
