Terrible. I got a lip tattoo from this place and it lasted one day. The tattoo artist did not tell me any thing about the tat, no warning that the tattoo could fall out and when i asked if any after care was needed the artist told me "no not really". After doing my research I found that aftercare is important and should be done. My tattoo fell out after one day and I was not accommodated for.I asked them if my money could be reimbursed and they did not want to hear it. Terrible service and I do not recommend anyone going to this place. Try Whatever Tattoo across the street wayyyyyyyyyy better. Trust me.You do not want to pay $100 for a tattoo that faded out in a day.

Clean, professional, and got the job done. The piece I had done was a little more expensive than I anticipated and I ended up having to go to the ATM twice since they are cash only and don't warn you of the tax when they give you the price.

I actually walked in here to buy an eyebrow ring, but ended up asking if they had any time on the books to do a tattoo on short notice. It was a half sleeve, so I wasn't getting my hopes up. I had been trying to get it for a couple weeks, but my last artist couldn't get it together since it was a non-traditional Phoenix. I am on an extended vacation so always on the move and it looked like I was out of luck. Luckily Jess had the afternoon open and said she could do it if it was tonight. She was upfront and made no promises on getting the entire color done in the 4 hours I had to work with. I came back a little later, and she had drawn up a sketch. I wanted to make some minor adjustments, which she happily incorporated (well) which is sometimes a rare trait to find in an artist. The piece was a little difficult, but she grasped the concept and managed to pull it off with a level of skill far above my expectations. We managed to get the entire work done in one session. The service was fast, everyone there was cool and friendly, and the price was great - especially for New York. Didn't expect to find such high quality work in a hole in the wall joint - my artist was featured in Inked magazine for the month of February. Don't let the location fool you, there might be a lot of mediocre places in the vicinity but this is the exception. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Go here.
